Official short biography

Short version: Liam Harte is the founder of Rephobia, a clinician-controlled virtual reality platform being developed to support exposure therapy. He was named the Peter Jones Foundation National Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 and is a Unity for Humanity grant recipient.

Expanded version: Liam Harte is the founder of Rephobia and an immersive-technology builder. He founded Rephobia after personal experience of OCD and a severe fear of public speaking. His work combines virtual reality product development, clinical collaboration, evidence gathering and responsible innovation. Liam also supports accelerators, university programmes and early-stage founders with funding readiness, pitch development and pilot planning.
